Ralph Riggs has over 40 years’ experience in the surveying profession. He has been directly responsible for securing numerous IDIQ contracts over the last 28 years. Those IDIQ contracts were for the following state and federal agencies: Missouri DOT; Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri Department of Natural Resources; U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Ozark National Scenic Riverways, NRCS and several municipalities. He has been the elected Howell County Surveyor since 1989 and is an instructor in GLO retracement workshops and state survey association seminars. He is also a past president of the Missouri Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Ralph is licensed in Arkansas, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri & Texas, and is a Certified Federal Surveyor.
Ray Riggs is a fifth-generation resident of Howell County, Missouri and a first-generation land surveyor. Ray has worked within the surveying profession since graduating from high school, as a rodman, instrument operator and crew chief. His projects have included many large cadastral surveys for the U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, the Missouri Department of Conservation and many private clients. He has completed large and small boundary projects, subdivision lot surveys, construction stake-out, large scale GPS control surveys, topographic surveys and FAA 405 surveys. Ray’s special area of concentration for several years has been ALTA/NSPS surveys for commercial clients. These projects have included Dollar General store sites and O’Reilly Automotive store sites, among others.
Ray is licensed in Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska & Oklahoma, and is the Secretary-Treasurer of Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors (MSPS)
